Memo to a young specialist
- Come to the office early from the call and make sure that everything is ready for the lesson, The Blackboard is clean, the UMK, visual aids are ready. Ask students to greet you in an organized manner (standing up). The students in the classroom, especially the undisciplined children. Try to spend less time on the organizational stage.
- Open the log page before calling. Ask the students on duty to mark those who did not show up for classes.
- Start the lesson with special enthusiasm. Conduct the lesson so that each student is busy. Less procrastination, slowness, unemployment, creates disorder in the classroom.
- Encourage students to think through the material in an interesting, informative way. Help poor students believe in their own strength. Follow the entire group. Prevent attempts to violate work discipline.
- Try to avoid students who want to do other things during classes.
- Evaluate the price of education by proving your skills. Tell us what you need to know more to get a high rating.
- Finish the lesson with a bell. Remind yourself of the duties of those on duty.
- Beware of excessive warnings.
- Need the help of others during student riots. Remember: the authority of an outsider in maintaining order will not benefit you, but, on the contrary, will harm you. Best of all, expect support from the group.
It takes a lot of search and thinking, energy and enthusiasm, and effort to independently complete many tasks that young professionals face. It is impossible for young professionals to know everything after graduation, but at the initial stage of their work in the field of pedagogy, the pedagogical system should be developed. In such a methodological subject system, the role of subject courses in improving their knowledge is very important for a new young specialist.
Young professionals from the first years of teaching should devote all their efforts exclusively to their work.
To a young specialist:
Scientific, systematic, complex nature, creative nature, and accuracy of methodological work are required. The implementation of methodological work by teachers on improving their knowledge in a comprehensive, harmonious way, in general, in the College, in the group and in a reasonable way, ultimately leads to a high result. Young teachers should be taught professional skills.
In particular, the requirement for a young specialist:
- The teacher must be an energetic person and a specialist teacher who has an individual approach and is able to defend it.
- The teacher's pedagogical thinking should be scientifically formed.
- The teacher is obliged to independently study and learn the basics of education, to educate the student.
- The teacher must be a person who serves in pedagogical communication.
- The teacher must constantly improve his knowledge and increase his creativity.
At the beginning of the year, mentors will be assigned to new and existing young specialists, and plans will be developed.
